Social Security Number Trace - $15
(Same as the Basic Investigation Above)

A social security trace verifies the name, current and past addresses, and usually the date of birth. This report is a valuable tool and is the foundation for any background check. This report makes sure that the persons name and social security number match. Results are typically returned within 1-3 hours.

Federal Crime Search - $15

Some offenses are violations of Federal law as opposed to state or local law. Records of these crimes can be located in the US District Courts. Each state has at least one US District Court, while others are divided into as many as four districts in separate geographical regions. Federal violations generally will not appear in either a county or statewide criminal check. Only a small percentage of criminal cases are violations of Federal law. However, Federal offenses can be very severe involving kidnapping, drug trafficking, interstate transportation of stolen goods, bank robbery, and embezzlement. State Crime Search - $15

This search provides information regarding the criminal arrest and/or conviction record of an individual statewide. This report is available for most states, but the information varies from state to state. Results typically show the date of crime, county, case number, defendant name, date of birth, race, sex, height, weight, charges, and sentence. More severe crimes are usually reported to the state and typically cover all counties. For the most accurate criminal records search, combine county searches with state searches to uncover smaller crimes such as misdemeanors. Responses vary by court but are typically returned within 24-72 hours. NOTE: There are approximately 300 counties nationwide that charge additional fees for court records. County Crime Search - $15

This report searches for felonies and misdemeanors within a particular county. County Searches are the most accurate of all criminal records and we serve all counties nationwide. Results typically show the date of crime, county, case number, defendant name, date of birth, race, sex, height, weight, charges, and sentence. County searches can reveal smaller crimes that a federal or state search might not record. This can include misdemeanors that may be significant to your decision. County Civil Search - $15

Filed by individuals or corporations against other private parties or corporations. Civil history records provide information about: divorce, product liability suits, violation of civil rights, judgments, nonpayment of goods and other similar cases. These cases can be found at county levels. This search can uncover very serious offenses that may not be found while conducting a standard criminal search. Terrorist & Banned Persons Watch List - $15

The Suspected Terrorist Watch list provides confirmation of the recorded or suspected terrorist affiliation of applicants pursuing employment with your company. Nationwide Sex Offender Search - $15

This search is a must for anyone who needs to check into the background of acquaintances, childcare workers, employees, neighbors and others. Each state has its own guidelines for reporting dates and each state maintains it's own records. We utilize all available sources for the most accurate screening. This nationwide search generally shows the offender's name, date of birth or age, description of offense and last registered address. Some records also show the date of the crime and other detailed information. Responses vary by court but are typically returned within 24-48 hours.

 

Employment Verification - $19

We can verify the company, position held, salary, dates of employment, and eligibility for rehire. The employer of your choice (typically the last) will be contacted to verify past employment details. Some information may be prohibited by company policy and not released. This is a verification service for a single employer and does not provide a list of all employers in the past. Company responses vary but are typically returned within 24-48 hours.

 

Education Verification - $19

We verify the information supplied by an employment applicant regarding their educational credentials. The report will include all details returned from the educational institution and these typically include the highest degree earned, date and attendance. Institutional responses vary but are typically returned within 24-48 hours.

 

Drug Testing (Enhanced Lab Test) - $45

Tests for substances including Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, and Methadone. Over 2300 locations nationwide with several in most cities. Once your order is placed, we will coordinate the testing location directly with the individual if you prefer. We express mail the form and the samples are collected on a walk in basis. Please contact us for a location near you. Results are typically returned within 24-48 hours after the sample has been provided.

 

Credit & Financial Snapshot - $29
(add on to screening package)

Common uses for this report include situations where financial responsibility is important. This may include tenant/landlord agreements, employment screening, and other financial situations. Account numbers, balances and related info will not be included. The purpose of the report is to discover the overall credit worthiness of an individual. Results are typically returned the same day.

NOTE: Credit records cannot be purchased alone. Due to the FCRA and other guidelines, we are restricted from providing certain information. However, can assist you in evaluating the suitability of a candidate or employee if there is a direct relevance to financial stability. You can add this report to any of the background packages above. NOTE: A signed consent form must be faxed in order to receive these results.

 

Motor Vehicle / Driving Records - $29

The report includes the driving record of an individual in a particular state. Any record of DUI's, moving violations, tickets, accidents, reckless driving, and suspended licenses will be returned. Information is usually included regarding the county where the offense occurred, date of birth, address on file, and sometimes the Social Security Number. Driver's license number and state of issue are required to conduct the search. Some results are returned within a few hours, but typically returned within 24-72 hours. NOTE: A signed consent form must be faxed in order to receive these results.

 

Bankruptcy Records - $19

A search within the specific federal jurisdiction for records of any bankruptcies. The information returned may include the case or file number, date filed, type of bankruptcy (i.e. Chapter 11, Chapter 7, etc.), discharge date and name listed as petitioner. Reports are typically returned within 24-48 hours.

 

Workers Compensation Records - $29

This is a statewide search that provides the injury description, injury date, filing date, weekly compensation rate, and the compensation time frame. Reports are typically returned within 24-48 hours.

 

Physician Check - $25

Whether a doctor is presently treating you or you have been referred, it is important to be sure that they are competent and trustworthy. We access several databases to cross-reference all data necessary for you to make an informed and intelligent decision. Our records search includes all licensed physicians in the United States. This quick and reliable service allows you to check out your doctor before they perform services. This search is confidential and your doctor is not informed of the inquiry. Only the doctor's name and address are required. Results are typically returned within 12 hours.
